It has both particularly helpful and very amiable staff. The setting is incredible and nice, just off the shopping mall and the neighborhood and store. It's worth staying here and exploring Asian Side district.

The breakfast was incredibly nice, the staff was service-minded, the grounds were spotless. The location was best possible for me as it was right by a fantastic local restaurant, which was lively and fun, the center of Istanbul, and many restaurants, malls. I went to nearby Core Grill and tried their local food. The library bar was nice with some local food.
